    AIM :

To check for the geometrical errors and mesh the Surfaces with the given 2D element with given Quality criterias and to use tetra elements to mesh the Volumes defined in the model and check for the quality after Volume meshing.

    PROCEURE :

    • The model which is given has many single cons, the model need a topo before jumping into geomentry checks..

    • Topo is given the single cons became double cons.

    • Geomentry check as been performed. Needle face error has been occured.

    • Geomentrical errors has been fixed.

    • Then, the orientation of the given model is changed.

    • The given quality criteria has been given.

    • Mesh parameter has been set

    • Good mesh flow has been deployed.

    • kinks and raised edges is been removed.

    • Improper mesh is been removed as shown.

    • Mesh as been generated in a good manner.
    • Every PID is denfined in solid mesh section.
    • Now, the volume is defined by the ansa.
    • Solid mesh is deployed using tetra FEM and tetra Rapid.

    • Quality errors are removed and fixed.
    • OFF is been removed complety.
    • Collapse has been fixed.
    • Proper solid mesh has been generated as shown below.

    LEARNING OUTCOMES :

    • Learned how to deploy mesh using tria and otho tria.
    • Got an understanding where to use tria mesh and where to use otho tria mesh.
    • Learned to define model volume for meshing.
    • Understanding on intersections errors happen while defining volume for 3d mesh.
    • proper idea of removinf quality errors.

    CONCLUSION :

The geometrical errors is been checked and the meshing the Surfaces with the given 2D element with the given Quality criterias is been completed. The tetra elements is been used to mesh the Volumes defined the model and the checking of quality after Volume meshing is completed.
