Project 1 - Meshing of Floor Panel

 AIM :

To clear the geomentry error of the given floor panel and to take mid surface, deploy mesh and attain the good mesh by clearing off with given quality criteria.

PROCEDURE :

• Observed the given geomentry floor panel.
• Geomentry errors is cleared as shown in the screenshot below. 

•  Distroted geomentry is been proper cleared.

• Every Errors is been cleared.

• Mid surface is been created manually.
• Mesh parameter and quality criteria is been loaded
• Defeaturing is done to get good mesh flow.
• Mesh is deployed using batch mesh. 

 LEARNING OUTCOMES :

• Idea about cons resolution.
• Proper understanding on the orientation.
• Geometrical checks and cleaning the errors.
• Understanding on measuring the thickness.
• Extraction of mid surface
• Setting up the mesh parameters and quality criteria.
• Genetrating mesh and improving method.
• Got an idea on taking mid surface manually using offset method.
• Splitting small micro area and giving good mesh flow.

 CONCLUSION :

The geometrical errors for the given component is been cleared and the Mid surface is extracted, mesh for Mid surface with the given Quality criteria as mention cases are completed.
