Project 1 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel

 AIM :

To check for the geometrical errors and mesh with the given element Quality criteria for the given component and to assign thickness for the meshed mid surface.

PROCEDURE:

• The given geomentry is not stitched properly.
• topo is performed.

• After topo.

• geomentric check as been done.

• Geomentrical errors as been cleared.

• Casting as been performed to take automatic mid surface.

• Feature as been not caputured properly.

• feature as been caputured properply using align manager.

• Thickness as been assigned .

LEARNING OUTCOMES :

• roper understanding on the orientation.
• Geometrical checks and cleaning the errors.
• Understanding on measuring the thickness.
• Understanding on taking mid surface by casting method.
• Getting automatic mesh and improving good mesh flow.
• Learned to assign thickness.
• Observed casting and skin method is reducing the time of work .
