REPORT:

TOOLING AXIS CREATION:

  •  ANALYSE THE DRAWING FOR BEST TOOLING AXIS ANGLE.
  •  EXTRACT BASE FOR CREATING TOOLING AXIS
  •  CREATE POINT IN THE BASE BY USING PONT ON SURFACE OPTION
  •  CREATE THE LINE PERPENTICULAR FROM THE BASE POINT. THIS WILL BE OUR TOOLING AXIS.

DRAFT ANALYSIS TEST:

  •  AFTER COMPLETING THE CLOSE SURFACE OF THE DESING GO FOR FEATURE DRAFT ANALYSIS OPTION 
  •  THEN DRAFT ANALYSIS TOOL BAR WILL OPENED.
  •  THEN USES THE COMPASS OPTION TO DEFINE THE DTAFT DIRECTION.
  •  HERE TOOLING AXIS IS THE DRAFT DIRECTION.
  •  PLACE THE COMPASS IN THE TOOLING AXIS.
  •  THEN LOCKS THE DRAFT DIRECTION USING LOCK OPTION.
  •  PUT THE VIEW MODE IN MATERIAL MODE
  •  THEN MOVE THE CURSOR ON THE SURFACE AND RIGHT CLICK, HERE THE COLOR SCALE OF THE SURFACE WILL BE SHOWN
  •  THEN THE SURFACE WILL SHOWN IN GREEN COLOR, WHICH MEANS THE DRAFT OF THE SURFACE IS GOOD.
