1ST ANS:EXPORTING THE REVIT MODEL.

After the completion of the structural analysis of the model using structural analysis next the model is exported to Navisworks for the view and schedule purpose.

For exporting the model from revit to naviswork we need to install naviswork export with the appropriate version.

After the installation od=f the export plugin there will an option apper in the file menu as NWc which is ysed to convert the revit model to naviswork  file.

After the exporting the file open naviswork manager or naviswork freedom tool to continue with the fearther modification.

Open the tool and go to file menu there you can see open option where you can open the NWC file by directing with the location of the file you haved saved.

Now you can the file in the revit model in naviswork.

2ND ANS:NAVIGATE TOOL TO WALK.

After the file is exported we can see an opotion called walk in the viewpoint menu.

Select the walk option you  can see an steeps cursor which act as our foot steep.

By using  the arrows we can navigate to walk in to the model and we can look around the model and we can record, capture the images where we need.

By with this tool we can demonstrate model to the clints in mote realistic form.

3RD ANS:WALK THROUGH MODEL USING REALISM TOOL.

The main deference between realism and walk tool is  a model act as the realistic form like a person walking in the model.

Select the realism option you  can see an  person which act as a real person.

By using  the arrows we can navigate to walk in to the model and we can look around the model and we can record, capture the images where we need.

By with this tool we can demonstrate model to the clints in more realistic form.

4TH ANS:CLASH DETECTIVE:

To detect the clashes between the architech and structural model an clash test is performed.

To perfom the clash test fist the structural model is to be load in the existing architech model.

After two models are attached in the sheet there is an option called clash dectector to detect the clash select the option and add the test then you can see options like colour options for the clash visiability.

Select the appropreat colours fo the best visiability and then run the detector.

After the run you can see the clashes on the screen by analysing the clashes and we can ignore, review the clashes for the next step.

5TH ANS:SECDULING:

In the revit model we can timeliner the project only in the form of exel sheet where as in the Navisworks we can generate the structure in the realistic view by the graphical presentation.

For the schudeling select the option in the home menu then a window appears and an sheet viewer  appear to show the different material option the are used for the structure.

By selecting the timeliner we can see the option called addtask where the tasks that are to be performed are added.

By giving the appropriate name select the material from the sheet viewer by attach option.

Add the starting date and the ending date of the task as per the requirement.

Select the type as construction for all the tasks as we are making the time liner for the construction purpose.

Add all the task that we have to perform.

After the completion of adding the task run the time liner.

Then you can see the step by step construction of the model as per the given dates.

Calculation of Stiffness in Structural elements

Objective:

1st question: find the stiffness co efficient of the system.     In the given figure there are three degree of freedoms as fiven 2 are rotational and one is translate motion. Lets consider the unit displacement. Given conditions L=2h EI of beam=EI of column For the displacement u1 1)K for the column in translation=2x â€¦
