Answer 01

AIM:to create firstfloor to the previous week project and to model a ceiling from architecture tab above walls at first floor level.

TOOLS REQUIRED:ceiling,clipboard,paste,sketch ceiling,3dview.

Procedure 

a)browse the previous week project.

 

b)to create first floor to the existing project,first select ground level and select groundlevel and copy to clipboard .

 

c)now,select the firstfloor in floor level and we will be able to see paste in menu.

d)click paste,and select allign with levels.and then select firstfloor to create firstfloor.

e)view in 3d so that firstfloor will be able to visible to us.

f)to add ceiling,click on ceiling and select sketch ceiling in menu.you will be directed to modify menu where we can select pick lines.

g)click on groundfloor and select the exterior walls and click mode.

h)now,view 3dview so that ceiling will be visible to us

 

RESULT:first floor is created and ceiling is done above walls at first floor level.

 

Answer 02

 AIM : To Model a roof above the ceiling by selecting the footprints of ceiling and adjust the roof slope to 10degrees.

TOOLS REQUIRED:3dview,roof,units,properties.

PROCEDURE:

a)to add roof,select roof icon in architecture tool.You will be directed to modify tool,where we can select pick lines to select the boundary to add roof.

b)after selecting all the boundary lines,click on 3dview.we can able to see the roof.

c)now to apply 10degrees,click un in the keyboard.we can see units,we have to select slope and change it to degrees as units.

d)select slope in properties and change it to 10.then our roof is selected to 10degrees

RESULT:modeling of roof above the ceiling and adjusting the roof slope to 10degrees is accomplished succesfully.

 

 

Answer 03

AIM:To create plan views for groundfloor level and firstfloor level.

TOOLS REQUIRED:open,views,level,plan views.

PROCEDURE:

a)open the file that we have saved earlier.

b)now to create plan views ,we have to select plan views from view tool.

c)select floor plan option.then we have to select the level at which we need the plan.

d)then we can create the groundfloor and firstfloor by selecting respective levels.

 

e)we can do the same by selecting architectural elements

 

 

RESULT:we have created plan views for groundfloor level and firstfloor level.

 

Answer 04

AIM:To add dimensions to all the walls and floors with reference to the longitudinal and transverse grids created in the project file.

TOOLS REQUIRED:Grids,Annotate,Linear.

PROCEDURE:

a)browse the previous project file.open it in level1 view.

b)select grids icon in architecture tool.

c)after selecting grids,we can add grids to all the walls.

d)now to add dimensions to the grids created,select Annotate tool and click on linear icon.

e)now you can add all the dimensions to the required .

f)now select a component present in the rooms.we can see the dimensions of the component there.

RESULT:grids are created and dimensions are added to the grids with architectural components successfully

Answer 05

AIM: to create a sheet template from the view tab and adjusting the parameters on the sheet to add appropriate views.

TOOLS REQUIRED:sheet,properties

PROCEDURE:

a)to create a sheet, first select view toolbar.

b)click on the sheet icon which is in sheet composition.we are directed to set the size.

c)select load to select the size.click on the titleblocks and select the required dimensions.

d)now we can see the sheet template.

 

e)we can rename all the existing information by selecting each one.or we can also rename them in properties.

f)to adjust the parameters,select the sheet template.we can see the edit type in properties click on it.

g)we can see the parameters and adjust it

 

RESULT:a sheet template is created and parameters on the sheet is adjusted succesfully to add the views.

 

Answer 06

AIM:To create elevation views using elevation tab and naming the views as east,west,north,south.

TOOLS REQUIRED:Elevation,project browser.

PROCEDURE:

a)first create a layout.

b)to create elevations,select elevations from view tool.

c)we can drag the elevations to our required side

d)now to name them,search elevations in project browser and double click on them to rename as east,west,north,south.

 

RESULT:elevation views has been created and has been renamed as east,west,north and south respectively

 

Answer 07

AIM:To Produce section cut through each room either cutting across longitudinally or in a transverse direction.

TOOLS REQUIRED:

PROCEDURE:

a)firstly,browse the layout that we have created earlier.

b)to view section view,first select view tool and then click on section view.

 

c)now select a line you want where section view has to be seen and drag the line to therequired position.

d)now,see section view created in project browser and double click on it to view it.

e)to make it realistic,select visual style and click realistic in it.

f)similarly do with all the required section views.

RESULT:section view for all the required rooms has been created across longitudinally and transverse direction.

Answer 08

To classify the views of given project,we have to go to view toolbar,where we can see different views like 3d view,Elevation view,plan view and section view.

3D VIEW:in 3d view,we can see the view in a realistic manner.it is like how the design will be visible to us in reality.we can also see from all the sides i.e,front,back,top,bottom...clearly in a realsitic way.we can see every corner using this view efficiently and can present it efficiently.

ELEVATION VIEW:in elevation view,we have north,south,east and west.where we can see using this views and also we can set the levels using this views.

PLAN VIEW:we have plan views like floor plan,where we can design floors such as groundfloor,first floor and secondfloor and view from the floors.in this type of vision,we can easily edit the elements that we have added to the project.

SECTION VIEW:in section view,we can see as sectiions seperately from each room.we can make each room or corner as a section,where we want and then view from there irself which would be clear visible.

AIM:To classify the elevation view,plan view and section view.

TOOLS REQUIRED:View,elevation,plan view,section view,3d view.

PROCEDURE:

a)firstly,to set all the views,we have to create a sheet using sheet icon in the view tool.

b)now load the plan that you have created earlier.

c)to place the plan view,we have to select the groundfloor level and then drag it into the sheet.then we can see the plan view in the sheet.

 d)we can also add elevation view by clicking on place view in the toolbar,then we have to select the views we want and place in the sheet

e)to add section view,click on section icon in the view tool and drag it to the required area

f)then place this view in the sheet .

RESULT:elevation,section view and plan views are shown clearly.

Answer 09

AIM:To create multiple sheets using sheet template and add views of elevations and floor plans.

TOOLS REQUIRED:Sheet,elevations.

PROCEDURE:

a)first,create a layout and add roof to it.

b)now,firstly click on the groundfloor view and then to place it in a sheet ,create a sheet.

c)in view tool,we have sheet icon,click on it.then select required dimensions.after sheet is created rename the sheet name and number to the required name and number respectively.

d)now to place the view,click place view icon below the sheet and select the required groundview architectural plan and click ok.now we can see the view in the sheet.

e)similarly do same with the remaining required sheets and views.

b. A 105- First Floor Architecture Plan

c. A 106- Roof Plan

d. S 101- Ground Floor Structural Plan

e. S 102 – First Floor Structural Plan

 

f. S 103- Roof Framing Plan

g. A-101 – North South Elevations

h. A-101- East West Elevations

RESULT:sheets are created and required views has been placed succesfully

Answer 10

AIM:To create camera specific view in each room and to create a sheet and placing this views in the sheet.

TOOLS REQUIRED:Sheet,camera view,place view.

PROCEDURE:

a)firstly,create a layout and add components in it in required place.

b)now select view tool and click on camera view in 3d view to use camera specific views in each rooms.

c)now place the camera in required position and face it in the direction of components so that components will be visible to us.

d)now select sheet from view tool and creaTE A SHEET with required dimensions.

e)rename the sheet name and number according to your necessity.and use place view from view tool to place the view of camera specified views.

 

 

 

RESULT:Sheets are created and camera specified views are added to it succesfully
