    STEP 1

CHECK CONNECTIVITY OF CLASS A SURFACE:- TO ENSURE TEIR IS NO GAP BETWEEN SURFACES

BY USING JOIN OR BOUNDARY COMMAND

    STEP 2 :- TOOLING AXIS

    I. FORM DUMMY TOOLING AXIS TO REMEMBER THE DIRECTION OF TOOLING AXIS

II. X AND Y DIRECTIONS ARE USED FOR TOOLING AXIS

USE INTERSECT COMMAND IN X DIRECTION.

THEN DRAW A LINE WHICH WILL BE AN PROBLEM IN DRAFTING i.e. LINES WHICH ARE PARALLEL TO THE DRAFTING DIRECTIONS.

THEN USES THOSE LINES AND USE BISECTING LINE OPTION.

THIS IS THE TOOLING CLEARING FOR X DIRECTION

SIMILARLY DO THIS FOR Y DIRETION ALSO,

AGAIN USING THESE TWO CLEARING LINES FORM AN TOOLING AXIS USING BISECTING LINE COMMAND

    DRAFT ANALYSIS

CHANGE THE VIEW MODE TO CUSTOMIZE VIEW PARAMETER AND SELECT MATEERIAL OPTION FROM THE MESH.

Draft Analysis dialog box with colour scale (with quick analysis mode) appears on the screen. So the first mode option is the quick analysis mode and second is full analysis mode. Here the quick analysis mode is used.

THEN DRAG THE COMPASS AND PLACE IT OVER TO THE LINE

THEN CLICK ON THE LOCK BUTTON AND CHANGE THE ANGLE ACCORDINGLY IF NEEDED.
